How to achieve restorative sleep
Find out how the state of your nervous system before bed affects the clearance of metabolic waste from the brain and which habits enable deep and restorative sleep.
DetailsSoon EVERYONE will be recommending keto.
Medicine and science are coming closer and closer to the reality of nutrition today.
It is not easy for the truth to come to light in a time when there is too much false data, especially when that data resides in conventional (mainstream) science and education—meaning, in selected scientific studies that are taken as a basis. That foundation is slowly cracking.
Truth can easily be perceived by an individual when results exist. Truth is not even a complex matter; in fact, it is the simplest thing that exists. But it is simple when a person applies knowledge. You look at the results in yourself and others, you look at the improvements achieved as a result of applying functional principles. Muskultura works for that knowledge. For the personal knowledge of the individual, understood based on the criterion of effectiveness. Everything else is short-lived if it does not contain understanding by the individual themselves.
A large part of mainstream science thinks with automatically ACCEPTED scientific studies and scientific citations as truths. Because of this, it STOPS LOOKING at people. And in that way, a large part of mainstream science has turned into quoting citations without looking at the real world. That is why that real world soon became oversaturated with excess weight, infertility, decreased testosterone, diabetes, cancer, etc. And that is why, too often unfortunately, sedatives, antidepressants, blood pressure medications, and the like are easily prescribed within minutes.
Still, many doctors, nutritionists, and fitness instructors recommend standard and non-functional advice. Both in nutrition and in exercise.
But now that is changing. There are many doctors coming from the so-called mainstream who, having a love for the truth, perceive it and simply say what they see with their own eyes. They are people who are making truly significant changes. And significant, effective change is the best therapy.
Not just doctors, but also trainers and nutritionists, athletes and other professionals.
Not all doctors have understanding and equal competence, just as, for example, every football player is not equal to all other football players. Nor does everyone who advocates for a ketogenic diet mean they are right about everything just because they advocate for a ketogenic diet.
In this section, we will present statements, studies, videos, and opinions of these people that we consider worth knowing. This does not mean we agree with everything they have ever said, but it means what we present is necessary to know. You can find them immediately after the end of the text, with new articles on the topic at the very top.
Prediction:
More and more doctors, nutritionists, and fitness trainers are starting to speak positively about ketosis (which is a natural state) and intermittent fasting. Therefore, you will see those who previously recommended mainstream diets in accordance with general recommendations and standard practice—such as 5 small meals a day, for example within the framework of a Mediterranean diet—switching to intermittent fasting and leaning toward keto in their services, because the truth is becoming too obvious as more and more people live keto. Some will do this as a result of their personal and professional self-improvement. Others, however, who until yesterday were anti-keto, will do it to reap the benefits of a “trend” that is an economic opportunity for them (because their previous methods are “becoming obsolete”), which unfortunately is usually the primary underlying motivation. That is why they follow trends instead of creating them.
This can already be seen in some anti-keto doctors and nutritionists who have already accepted intermittent fasting—albeit distorted by outdated beliefs packaged with a high carbohydrate content (it does not go: “until now I was wrong about nutrition”). It is distorted because the essence of intermittent fasting and all its benefits begin with ketones (fuel for energy, a product of fat burning in the body). Carbohydrates prevent the generation of ketones, and thus distorted intermittent fasting produces distorted effects. But still, the words intermittent fasting are “in trend,” so they are adopted and used in rhetoric.
But!
Truth is the best trend. And the fact is that, in reality, a huge number of doctors, nutritionists, scientists… have already accepted and advocate for nutritional ketosis and intermittent fasting (which serves to enhance nutritional ketosis). This is also seen through the huge number of scientific studies that debunk the primitive “insights” where glucose was alpha and omega.
The world is changing. Welcome to the new culture.

Is science truly so ignorant, or does real knowledge exist but simply isn’t part of the general public’s awareness? Does science know the truth, yet the truth fails to reach the people?
DetailsLately, greedy nutritionists have emerged, shamelessly offering programs with rhetoric like: “Lose weight without physical activity,” appealing to the lazy side of the reader’s mind.
DetailsHave you noticed that when you exercise, you’re in a better mood, but when you don’t work out for a few days or more – somehow that freshness of spirit isn’t the same anymore, the body feels a bit sluggish, and aches and pains start popping up here and there?
Details…worn-out clichés that only sound acceptable and logical, but are actually deep-rooted beliefs that keep the mindset trapped.
DetailsMy experience shows me that most people have a deficiency in muscle mass, regardless of whether they are thin or overweight.
DetailsThis isn’t an explanation on how to “reverse” fatty liver and then go back to the same habits that caused the fatty buildup in the first place. Yes – the liver becomes fatty because of what we consume: food, drinks, and alcohol. For someone with healthy lifestyle habits, who follows a proper diet, exercises correctly,…
