Plan B – “Basic Impulse”

Your starting step toward transformation. It includes a complete nutrition and training program, with videos for every exercise, support, and recipes from Muskultura. You will receive space for two personal consultations per month, parameters for tracking progress, and individually calculated meals according to your goals.
