Among the results clients achieve with our programs – one of the most significant is always a reduction in stress levels. This means that the impact of stressful situations becomes smaller; in other words, the same pressures no longer produce the same stress-inducing effect.
The individual becomes more relaxed, free, with more vibrant emotions, and more like themselves because stress no longer holds the same power over them as before.
Clients say this themselves, always enthusiastically and with a touch of amazement.
In terms of physical appearance, I’ve reached my ideal weight and kept body fat to a minimum. I feel much stronger than before – it’s inspiring! But that’s just the baseline of what I’ve gained.
You’ve turned me into a disciplined person 😯 (mostly because I truly wanted it and could see the progress). People around me are already noticing how I feel. My energy levels are through the roof (I feel like I’m 20 again). There’s a freshness, a sense of balance, and a general “chill” to my life. It’s true what they say: you really do become more resilient to daily stress. It just doesn’t affect me the same way anymore.
My hormonal imbalance (female reproductive hormones) is completely cleared up, as if it never existed. Those were my primary doctor’s exact words.
When your health improves and you feel great mentally and energetically – plus you look amazing – you KNOW you’ve made a real lifestyle change. Muskultura.mk is an excellent friend and partner in this process, and I thank you. – Lucija Matic
From this perspective, I want to highlight a few common parameters that inevitably occur during the programs:
- High blood sugar levels are reduced (the individual no longer lives with elevated sugar throughout the day because they are no longer manually spiking it with food).
- Stress levels are reduced; specifically, the individual no longer lives with elevated cortisol throughout the day because they no longer practice many of the factors that keep it high. (This further regulates blood sugar because elevated cortisol always automatically means a rise in blood sugar. High blood sugar is toxic to the body and is a type of stress in itself, which is exactly how the body perceives it. What happens in such a moment of stress? Cortisol rises even further. Stress feeds stress.)
You see – here we are talking about only TWO of the many factors that we regulate in our programs – and look at what happens!
There is also improved capacity for discipline, better testosterone levels, improved fertility, regulated menstrual cycles, better focus, increased growth hormone levels, greater satisfaction with appearance due to an improved physique (reduced excess fat, increased muscle mass), improved energy, strengthened immunity, increased metabolic efficiency… This inevitably leads to increased productivity in all areas of life – professional, family, personal…
Muskultura works with functional truths translated into functional steps, allowing us to extract real results in life that have a visible positive impact.
Here is what science says about some of these effects:
“The cortisol response to a psychosocial stressor is reduced in unfed individuals when they have lower blood glucose levels. Also, the cortisol response to a psychosocial stressor is positively correlated with blood glucose levels.”
[A stressor is any internal or external stimulus that triggers a stress reaction in the body.]
From this, we can conclude two things:
- When people do not have elevated blood sugar levels (for example, as a result of carbohydrate intake), then during a given stress, cortisol secretion is reduced.
- When people have higher blood sugar levels after carbohydrate intake, we see an increased secretion of cortisol during a given stress.
This means that an individual’s stress level is directly correlated with their blood sugar level – in a given situation, higher sugar leads to a higher level of stress, while in the same situation with a normal sugar level, stress is lower.
I am not saying this just because of the scientific quote. I am saying this because we regularly see it as a result of implementing the programs.
In a state of nutritional ketosis with a properly implemented diet – the blood sugar level is approximately the same as that of a fasting person.
Of course, there are many factors that influence susceptibility to stress, but the blood sugar level is definitely a factor that, independently of other factors, produces the effects it does.
You might think you can’t immediately influence why you are afraid of snakes, for example, or why a certain person upsets you so much, but you can definitely reduce or remove that stress by controlling your internal factors, one of which is nutrition. It is such a significant factor that, because of its scale, it seems to have remained practically unnoticed and misunderstood. Just look at the stress statistics nowadays. The average individual is overwhelmed by stress. Anxiety, panic attacks, and depression (all of which are forms of stress) have never been more prevalent than they are today. Parallel to that, nutrition has never been more improper, and it has never contained such high amounts of carbohydrates (blood sugar) and harmful additives. The environment has never been so full of toxins that destroy the endocrine system, especially when the organism is already under stress.
When you direct your efforts in healthy directions, you get an improvement in the degree of psychophysical capability (my functional definition of the term health).
I feel excellent, and my energy is on a steady upward trend. I’ve even quit smoking.
I no longer feel heavy or sluggish when performing intense exercises or daily tasks, and I’m handling stress much more easily.
I have fewer food cravings, increased mental clarity, and I feel wonderful because of the results I see in the mirror.
I feel confident and well-directed toward achieving my goals thanks to my collaboration with Muskultura.
My advice to others: never give up. But above all, make sure you actually know what you’re doing – before Muskultura, I only thought I knew what I was doing. – Aleksandar S.
This is not only due to the improvement of cortisol and blood sugar. Here I want to emphasize how comprehensive an effect we achieve when, among other things, we address these two factors. Of course, other lifestyle factors are also key.
When the body improves in terms of these two factors, it automatically improves other factors as well. They, in turn, increase the organism’s resilience, and a person becomes stronger and more stable.
This is the opposite trend of today’s average person.
Not only can and should a person step out of such a cycle of decline, but they can also begin a process of climbing toward a better and higher level in life – that is, to be in a state of continuous progress.
