We say healthy ketosis or healthy keto diet because not every keto diet is the same, just as not every weight training session is the same. The keto diet can also be practiced in an unhealthy way, for example by consuming unhealthy fats, omitting salads, or eating processed meats. Plenty of details can undermine the keto diet and make its benefits incomplete. That shouldn’t even be called a keto diet, which is why we draw a distinction and say healthy ketosis.
The keto diet is known by laypeople as a weight-loss diet. Many “authorities” who possess only a superficial understanding call it a weight-loss diet because that is likely as far as they got in their Google searches.
Ketosis elevates the level of human growth hormone and enables reaping all its benefits naturally. Consequently, when paired with proper training, it is a method for achieving superior results in increasing muscle mass and shedding excess body fat.
One of the key aspects of the keto diet is remarkable. Something completely contrary to conventional norms and understandings, yet intelligent and wise. Ketosis is the way humans ate to survive for hundreds of thousands of years, not on rice cakes and whole-grain breads. Humanity did not survive on the myths of those who chant the mantra of fake health food that statistically buries the modern world under cardiovascular disease and diabetes—a mantra speaking of the food pyramid, whole wheat, whole grains, husks, fruits, natural, naturaaal.

Excess sugar is the root cause of these conditions. But first, let’s clarify two things:
1) Sugar is not just white or brown sugar, but the sugar that is naturally produced in the bloodstream following the breakdown of dietary carbohydrates (from potatoes, bread, rice, whole grains, cracked grains, pasta, sweets). Regardless of the source, sugar is sugar.
2) SUGAR IS 100% NATURAL!
GLUCOSE (the simplest form of sugar) IS 100% NATURAL. It comes directly from Mother Nature.
ALCOHOL is also 100% natural.
Thus, the word natural is merely an appealing, frequently used smokescreen for health. That word is the main ingredient in myths propagated by those who profit from them. Those who want you to depend on them, because if you ate properly, they fear that in the end they would have nothing to live off—at the very least, there wouldn’t be such a massive need to spend money on health insurance, pharmaceuticals, treatments, surgeries, and specialized concoctions.
Now, the secret.
In our dietary practice, this is a baseline rule:
Anyone carrying excess weight CAN EAT AS MUCH AS THEY WANT IN A SINGLE MEAL AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY, PROVIDED THEY STICK TO THE FOODS OUTLINED IN THEIR MEAL PLAN—AND STILL SHED EXCESS FAT WHILE REGAINING HEALTH AND VITALITY.
(+ combined with proper training, this yields amplified benefits and noticeably faster muscular development than what is deemed normal.)
This sounds entirely contrary to common sense. And it is contrary, if you look at what passes for “sense” today.
The initial thought would be that if someone can eat as much as they want, consuming 400 grams of meat five times a day alongside boundless fats, they couldn’t possibly lose weight. However:
When someone transitions to a clean, proper keto diet, chronic cravings and binge eating CANNOT PERSIST. By introducing nutritional integrity, metabolic dysfunction (incessant hunger, sugar cravings, elevated blood glucose, energy crashes, mandatory afternoon naps, excess fat…) DISSOLVES.
Even if they wanted to, they could not overeat when nourishing the body correctly.
Insatiable hunger or impulsive cravings for snacks, sodas, chips, sweets, pastries, and pizza begin to diminish until they vanish, because those urges ARE NOT NATURAL to the human body. They are strictly the byproduct of the modern “standard” diet—the societal conditioning children receive from early youth on how to eat their way toward becoming diabetics when they grow up.
Not only is the food supply compromised, but a person is actively nudged into diabetes from every direction! They live in a culture where HONEY is marketed as “suitable for diabetics”! Where bread and cereal grains are championed as dietary staples. Where physicians recommend artificial sweeteners like SUCRALOSE, which triggers increased insulin secretion even without carbohydrate ingestion! That further exhausts the pancreas and tortures cells until they refuse to absorb and process glucose—one of the primary mechanisms of insulin resistance! (All supplements and goods containing sucralose must be completely avoided; THEY ARE NOT HEALTHY KETO AND CANNOT BE HEALTHY KETO.)
Change your nutrition, and you fundamentally reshape your life.
When you fuel the body in a way that is truly natural and right, the body begins to function properly. That alignment brings higher energy, mental clarity, and lifts cognitive fog.
This is why, in the initial phases of our programs, we do not restrict food intake. And past the initial stage, restriction becomes unnecessary because appetite is already normal and healthy. True progress is built from that baseline. Defeating compulsive craving is the first major milestone.
A person will no longer have unnatural urges to graze continuously or overconsume; hunger shifts from an agonizing distraction into a light, moderate, and stable sensation that no longer occupies thoughts like cravings do. No compulsive cravings, no subservience to one’s body.
We are the masters of our bodies.
